§ 132.22  CERTAIN USES OF PROPERTY DEEMED PUBLIC NUISANCES.
   The Council deems the following to be public nuisances:
   (A)   Sale, use, concealment and/or delivery of illegal drugs or controlled substances, as same are classified under I.C. 35-48 and 16-42;
   (B)   The illegal sale of alcoholic beverages;
   (C)   Gambling;
   (D)   Battery;
   (E)   Contributing to the delinquency of a minor;
   (F)   Resisting law enforcement;
   (G)   Disorderly conduct;
   (H)   Criminal recklessness;
   (I)   Prostitution;
   (J)   Patronizing a prostitute;
   (K)   Discharge of firearms; and
   (1)   Loud and raucous noise.
