§ 113.01 UNATTENDED COIN-OPERATED BUSINESSES TO BE CLOSED DURING CERTAIN HOURS.

(A) Unattended coin-operated laundry and dry- cleaning establishments shall be closed for business at and after 9:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, each day and shall be locked to the public at and after 10:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.

(B) These establishments shall not reopen for business until 6:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, the following day.
