§ 112.13 NONCOMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER; DISCONTINUANCE OF AUCTION.

If, during the auction, any of the provisions of this chapter have not been complied with, or if any of its requirements are not being complied with during the progress of the auction, the Chief of Police shall immediately cause the auction to be discontinued, and there shall be no refund of any portion of the license fee.
