§ 112.05 AUCTIONS PROHIBITED BETWEEN NOVEMBER 15 AND DECEMBER 31.

No person shall hold any public auction during that period of the year during November 15 and December 31, and no license shall be issued by the City Controller for the holding of an auction during that period.
