§ 110.25 VEHICLES CONTAINING MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS; PLACARDS AND BANNERS.

No merchant or other person shall advertise his business in any street, alley or public place of the city by means of any vehicle containing any martial band, bass drum, wind instrument or bell, or use any man or boy carrying any placard, transparency, or banner for a similar purpose.
