§ 100.22 INJUNCTIVE POWER.
   The City Attorney or the City Attorney’s designated representative may institute in an Elkhart Superior Court or the Elkhart Circuit Court, a lawsuit seeking relief against any persons violating § 100.21, to assure compliance with this subchapter.
