(A) No one shall smoke in city-owned buildings including, but not limited to the municipal building, the airport terminal, the fire stations, the police stations, the Park Department buildings and pavilions, the Street Department/central garage building, the public work’s offices, the Rice Cemetery office, the Environmental Center, the Emergency Management building, the Communications Center, the Elco and the Probation office.
(B) No one shall smoke in any city-owned vehicles.
