§ 96.56 OBSTRUCTING TRAFFIC.
   No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to obstruct traffic in any park or park-street, or to stop the vehicle except at those places specifically designated or maintained for the purpose of stopping or parking, except in cases of emergency.
