§ 96.53 CAREFUL DRIVING.

No person shall in any park operate, drive, propel or cause or permit to be operated, driven, propelled, any vehicle recklessly or negligently or at a speed or in such a manner as to endanger the life, limb, safety, comfort or property of any person or persons.
