§ 96.31  SWIMMING; AQUATIC ACTIVITIES.
   (A)   (1)   No person shall swim, wade, or bathe in any waters under the jurisdiction, control, operation or supervision of the Board of Parks and Recreation except at those times and in those places as the Board may designate or maintain as swimming areas.
      (2)   No person shall bathe, wade, swim or appear in any bathing area unless covered with a swimming suit.
      (3)   No person shall dress or undress in any park except in those places designated or maintained for the purpose.
   (B)   No person shall participate in any subsurface aquatic activity requiring the use of masks, artificial breathing apparatus, or similar equipment (as in skin diving and scuba diving) in any water under the jurisdiction, control, operation or supervision of the Board except by permit.
