§ 96.16  TREES, SHRUBS AND GRASS.
   No person shall do any of the following in any park or park-street.
   (A)   Destroy, cut, break, deface, mutilate, injure, disturb, sever from the ground or remove any growing thing including, but not limited to any plant, flower, flower bed, shrub, tree, growth or any branch, stem, fruit or leaf thereof;
   (B)   Bring into or have in his or her possession any garden or agricultural implements or tools which could be used for the removal of any plants listed in (A) above;
   (C)   Pile or maintain any material or debris of any kind against or on the plants or attach any rope, cable or other contrivance to the plants as listed in (A) above;
   (D)   Set fire to any timber, tree, shrubs, plants, flowers, grass or plant growth, or suffer any fire on other land to extend into park land;
   (E)   Hitch any horse or other animal to, or leave it standing near enough to injure any tree, shrub, lawn or grass plot;
   (F)   Go on any lawn, grass plot or planted area, except at those times when permission to do so has been given by the Board or its duly authorized agent, to the public; and
   (G)   Bring into or have in his or her possession any  tree, shrub or other  plant, or  any  branch, stem,  flower or leaf thereof, without permission from the Board or its duly authorized agent.
