(A) The Fire Department will not maintain and will not be responsible for the maintenance of any alarm system or portion of any alarm system located inside any building of any description or of any type.
(B) The Fire Department may require an owner or occupant to furnish proof of workability, maintenance and reasonable periodic testing of the owner’s or occupant’s alarm system.
