(A) The city’s Fire Department will furnish all materials (except conduit) and labor for the electrical circuitry between the master box, which ordinarily must be on the exterior of a building and not in the interior, and the city alarm system.
(B) However, the Fire Department will not pay for labor or materials, except with respect to the wire itself, for any underground or extraordinary type of installation of circuitry.
