§ 93.135 ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COURT COSTS.
   (A)   A court in a civil action brought pursuant to this chapter or the Commission in an administrative hearing pursuant to § 93.089 may award reasonable attorney’s fees to the prevailing party and assess court costs against the nonprevailing party.
   (B)   Nothing in this section subjects a complainant to attorney’s fees, court costs or criminal penalties in connection with filing of a complaint.
