§ 93.122 INTERVENTION IN CIVIL ACTION.
   A person may intervene in an action under this subchapter if the person is:
   (A)   An aggrieved person to the discriminatory housing practice;
   (B)   A party to a conciliation agreement concerning the discriminatory housing practice; or
   (C)   The court may grant an intervening party the same relief that may be granted to a plaintiff in a civil action under §§ 93.105 through 93.108.
