§ 93.092 ISSUANCE OF SUBSEQUENT ORDERS TO SAME RESPONDENT; FORWARDING OF COPIES TO ATTORNEY GENERAL.
   If the Commission issues an order against a respondent against whom another order was issued within the preceding 5 years pursuant to § 93.091, the Commission shall send a copy of each order issued pursuant to that section to the Attorney General.
