§ 93.080  ACTION FOR TEMPORARY OR PRELIMINARY RELIEF.
   (A)   If the Commission concludes at any time following the filing of a complaint that prompt judicial action is necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter, the Commission may file a civil action for appropriate temporary or preliminary relief pending final disposition of the complaint in the Circuit Court or any Superior Court.
   (B)   A temporary restraining order or other order granting temporary or preliminary relief under this chapter is governed by the Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure.
   (C)   The filing of a civil action under this chapter does not affect the initiation or continuation of administrative proceedings pursuant to § 93.088.
