§ 93.042 FAIR HOUSING FUND.
   (A)   (1)   The Fair Housing Fund (referred to as the “fund”) is established.
      (2)   The fund shall be administered by the Commission.
      (3)   Money deposited in the fund does not revert to the general fund at the end of the fiscal year.
   (B)   Gifts and grants received as authorized by § 93.041 shall be deposited to the credit of the fund.
