(A) This subchapter does not affect a reasonable local or state restriction on the maximum number of occupants permitted to occupy a dwelling or restrictions relating to health or safety standards.
(B) This subchapter does not affect a requirement of nondiscrimination in any other local, state or federal law.
(C) Nothing in this section requires that a dwelling be made available to an individual whose tenancy would constitute a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals or whose tenancy would result in substantial physical damage to the property of others.
