(A) Lot owners who desire to secure the undisturbed interment of themselves and their families by rendering it impossible for their heirs at law, induced by poverty or cupidity, to remove their bodies and dispose of the lots, may secure this end by conveying or devising their lots to the city, to be held by it in perpetual trust for the interment of themselves and others designated by them.
(B) Purchasers may secure the same object under a declaration of trust, which will be issued by the city to those desiring it, in place of the certificate of ownership or deed.
