(A) No monument, vault or other structure shall be located upon any lot without consulting the Sexton and receiving his or her placement for the structure.
(B) To prevent the excessive crowding of tombstones only 1 monument, gravestone or marker exceeding 2 feet in height above the turf shall be permitted on each lot.
(C) Only 1 marker will be permitted for each grave.
(D) Monuments of material other than granite, marble, stone and standard bronze will only be allowed with the consent of the Board of Public Works.
(E) Designs for all monuments must be submitted and approved before a foundation will be built.
(F) Foundations for mausoleums and monuments must be 5 feet deep and of the same size as the bottom base of the superstructure. No monuments are permitted for single graves.
(G) Bottom bases of monuments must be bedded to an equal thickness, as no building up or underpinning with spawls, chips or similar matter will be permitted.
(H) Every base will be inspected, and if it does not satisfy the above requirements it will not be allowed to be set.
(I) All bases of monuments must be set in a bed of mortar evenly spread upon the foundation.
(J) Contractors shall obtain permission from the Sexton before sending materials to the cemetery.
(K) No stone work shall be brought into the cemetery on Saturday after 12:00 noon, and no work shall be commenced on that day that cannot be finished and the dirt and debris removed before the hour of closing the gates.
