§ 92.06 INTERMENTS AND FUNERALS.
   (A)   In order to avoid delay and confusion, parties should consult the Sexton to ascertain at what time the lot can properly be attended to. Applications will be considered in the order received and at least 10 hours before the hour of interment must be allowed for preparation of the grave.
   (B)   Besides the Health Officer’s burial permit, the following particulars must be furnished: name of deceased, place of birth, late residence, age, date of death, date of interment, cause of death, marital status, name of next kin and color. No burial will be allowed in the grounds or in the public vault without these permits and information.
   (C)   No body shall be removed from 1 part of the cemetery to another without obtaining a permit from the Sexton.
   (D)   All graves will be made in rectangular shape.
   (E)   For sanitary reasons, graves will not be reopened for inspection except for official investigation. For any exception to this rule the written consent of the Board of Public Works must be obtained, stating some imperative reason therefor, before the Sexton shall issue a permit for the reopening of any grave.
   (F)   Only 1 interment shall be allowed in a grave, except in case of a mother and infant child, twin children or 2 children buried at the same time.
   (G)   No removal can be made from the ground without an order or permit from the Sexton and permission from the proper health officer or officers.
   (H)   All interments shall be made by employees of the city, and a permit therefor shall be obtained and payment for the interment made at the time that the permit is obtained.
   (I)   Orders for burials on Sunday or a holiday must be obtained and permit issued by the Board of Public Works and delivered to the Sexton before 12:00 noon of the preceding day, and no interments shall be made on Sundays or holidays without such permit.
   (J)   All funeral processions, while within the grounds, will be subject to the control of the Sexton.
   (K)   The time of funerals shall be arranged so that all persons may be out of the grounds before dark.
   (L)   Carriage drivers and all others employed at funerals must keep in the center of the avenues, remain with their respective vehicles during the funeral ceremonies, and otherwise conduct themselves properly and in a manner becoming the place and occasion.
   (M)   Carriages must not turn on the avenues, but must be driven around a section on the way out of the cemetery.
