The city will receive in trust from the owners of lots any sum of money to be held as a trust fund and the interest thereon used, according to the terms and agreements set forth in the declaration of trust, to care for the graves upon the lots of the owners, and the flowers, shrubs and trees thereon, and to provide for the cleaning of monuments, markers and mausoleums. Thus special care of individual lots can be provided for perpetuity in addition to the general care.
