(A) Improvements within the cemetery, before as well as after interments are made, shall be under the control of the Board of Public Works.
(B) The corners of all lots shall be permanently marked by posts furnished by the city, and the lots must not be disturbed.
(C) No lot or parcel of land shall be defined by any fence, railing, curbing, hedge, embankment or depression. Urns, chairs, settees and benches will be permitted only when material and style are approved by the Board of Public Works.
(D) (1) Planting of trees and shrubs within the limits of lots shall be done only under the direction and with the approval of the Sexton, as they might otherwise encroach upon other lots or upon the walks and drives of the cemetery.
(2) Planting of flowers and the preparation of flower beds shall be done under the supervision of the Sexton, and such work shall not be done unless approved by him or her.
(E) The Board of Public Works reserves the right, in justice to the interests of the city, to prevent or remove any structure or object which they deem injurious to the general good appearance of the cemetery.
(F) Grave mounds will not be permitted as it is impossible to mow grass properly or keep it alive thereon.
