The 6 off-street parking spaces designated as public parking spaces located at the Municipal Lot at 229 South Second Street are hereby designated as 2-hour off-street public parking zones. The Board of Public Works is hereby granted the authority to increase or decrease the number of 2-hour off-street public parking spaces at the Municipal Lot, in its reasonable discretion, and made temporary changes to the downtown parking time limits as the need arises.
