§ 76.12 TEMPORARY PARKING SIGNS.

A city police officer or a city’s Traffic Engineer, as designated by the City Engineer, shall have the temporary authority to prohibit parking in any location or to implement any other parking restrictions, and place signs pursuant to such authority, to protect the immediate safety, health and welfare of any citizen.
