§ 74.03  TRUCKS TO REMAIN PRESCRIBED DISTANCE APART.
   No truck shall approach another truck upon any street or alley within the city limits, which is traveling in the same direction, nearer than 100 feet except when necessary to comply with any law which is then in full force and effect or at traffic lights.
