(A) A person may not drive a vehicle on a city street at a speed in excess of the maximum speed limit established for that particular city street by this section (as set forth in Chapter 78, Schedule VI) and when 1 or more signs giving notice of the maximum speed is erected on that street.
(B) The maximum speed limit established for a particular city street shall be as set forth in Chapter 78, Schedule VI.
(C) Unless the maximum speed limit for vehicles traveling on a particular city street has been altered by this section, a person may not drive a vehicle on a city street in excess of the maximum speed established by I.C. 9-21-5 et seq.
