§ 39.03  CITY TO BE GOVERNED BY STATE LAW IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AVAILABLE INSURANCE PROCEEDS.
   The City of Elkhart is authorized to be governed by I.C. 27-2-15, for purposes of receiving available insurance proceeds payable under an insurance policy, based upon a claim for damage to, or loss of, a building or other structure caused by fire or explosion.
