§ 97.103 GREAT ELKHART FUND.

(A) All fees paid by a person or legal entity pursuant to an agreement described in § 97.101(B)(2) shall be deposited in a fund designated as the Great Elkhart Fund, which shall be a non-reverting fund.

(B) The proceeds of the Great Elkhart Fund may be used for any lawful purpose for which money in any of the city's other funds may be used.
