§ 52.30 DUTY TO MITIGATE - PREVENTION OF ADVERSE IMPACT.

All users shall take all reasonable steps to minimize or prevent any adverse impact of any discharge in violation of this chapter which has a reasonable likelihood of adversely affecting human health, the POTW, the receiving stream or the environment.
