§ 52.21  LIMITATIONS ON POINT OF DISCHARGE.
   No person shall discharge any waste, wastewater, pollutant or other substance directly into a manhole or other opening in the POTW other than through the approved sewer lateral, except in accordance with the terms of this chapter or by express written permission of the Director.
