§ 52.17  CITY'S RIGHT OF REVISION.
   The city reserves the right to establish, by ordinance or permit, more stringent limitations or requirements on discharges to the POTW and storm water conveyance system if the city deems it necessary in order to comply with the objectives of this chapter.
