§ 50.41  RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.
   The Board shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this subchapter. Any powers granted or duties imposed upon the Board may be delegated to a representative acting in the best interest of or in the employ of the city.
