§ 50.36 INDUSTRIAL OR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY DISCHARGES.
   Any person subject to a Rule 5 or Rule 6 permit shall comply with all provisions of such permit. Proof of compliance with said permit must be available for review on site.
