§ 50.32 APPLICABILITY.
   This subchapter shall apply to all water entering the storm drainage system generated on any developed and undeveloped lands, unless the discharge is explicitly exempted by the Department. These discharges include flows from direct connections to the storm water drainage system, illegal dumping, and contaminated runoff.
