§ 90.27  NON-REVERTING OPERATING FUND.
   This chapter hereby establishes a special non-reverting operating fund into which shall be deposited each listing fee collected and all fines and penalties assessed under provisions of this chapter.  Appropriations from this fund may be used for animal control purposes, or any other animal initiatives designated by the Mayor.
