§ 90.24 APPEALS.

Any person aggrieved by any decision of an animal control officer, police officer, humane shelter officer or other enforcement officer, except the issuance of a municipal citation, may appeal the same to the Board by filing an appeal with the Board within 5 working days of receiving notice of the decision. Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the Board may appeal the same to any Circuit or Superior Court in Elkhart County, Indiana.
