Subject to the homeowner meeting the requirements of this subchapter, the homeowner shall be responsible for paying to the city a $300 deductible. The city will then order the repair work and have it completed with no additional cost to the homeowner. Any future repairs to the same water service line will require payment of the deductible, unless otherwise determined by the Director. If more than 1 homeowner is served by 1 water service line, each homeowner shall pay the $300 deductible.
