§ 38.01 CREATION OF BUREAU; VIOLATIONS CLERK.
   (A)   There shall be created an Ordinance Violations Bureau for the city and the Clerk shall serve as the Violations Clerk of the Bureau.
   (B)   The Violations Clerk shall accept written appearances, waivers of trial, admissions of violations and payment of civil penalties of not more than $250 in ordinance violation cases.
