1314	5-2-1940	Twenty-First Street, extending from the St. Joseph River south to Leininger Avenue, or the south city limits, and also the name of Twenty-First Street extending north from  West Lexington Avenue to the  north city limits, and consisting the west boundary line of the city to:  That part of Twenty-First Street extending north from Strong Avenue shall be called North Nappanee Street; And that part of Twenty-First Street running south of Strong Avenue and all that part south of the St. Joseph River shall be called South Nappanee Street.
