One year after the approval of a remedial action plan, and annually thereafter, the EEO Officer in conjunction with the Civil Rights Director, shall conduct a review of the remedial action plan and shall amend the plan where it is deemed appropriate. Any amendment shall be submitted to the Mayor and the Council.
