§ 37.19  TIME PERIODS.
   Short-term goals for the affirmative action plan shall be set in such a manner as to reach the ultimate objective within a minimum of 6 months.  The remedial action plan shall be submitted to the Mayor for final approval.  The activities described herein shall be carried out within 60 days.
