(A) Application for a permit for sewer work shall be made on suitable forms provided by the Building Department. The application shall be accompanied by fees in accordance with the schedule of fees set forth.
(B) An owner or occupier who applies for a permit for sewer work may personally do the work if the owner or occupier shall obtain the necessary permits from the Building Department.
(C) A fee shall be charged for each permit issued. This fee shall be $15 and shall be paid to the office of the Building Department.
