SEWER CONTRACTORS
§ 156.110 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SEWER CONTRACTOR. Any person who, for compensation, undertakes to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or herself or by others, construct, repair, alter, remodel, add to, subtract from or improve sewers, sewage disposal systems, water distribution or drainage lines (hereinafter collectively referred to as sewer work) and who is responsible for substantially all the sewer work within the entire project, or one who fabricates units or sewer lines substantially completed and ready for installation.

§ 156.111 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to install or repair any sewer, sewage disposal system or water distribution or drainage lines within the city until the person shall be registered with the Building Department as provided in accordance with the requirements of this subchapter.
   (B)   No person shall act as agent for any company, corporation or any other person who has not been registered in the city as herein required.
