§ 156.056  RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   All persons shall have the right to appeal orders and actions arising out of the enforcement of this chapter first through the Board of Public Works and then to the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission of Indiana in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 22-13-2-7.
