§ 156.050 PERMIT TO BE DISPLAYED WHERE WORK IS PERFORMED.
   The plumbing contractor shall, before starting any work contemplated under this chapter, obtain a permit, which said permit shall be placed in a conspicuous place on the building where the plumbing is being performed and which said permit shall be properly signed and filled out by the plumbing contractor in whose name the permit is issued.
