(A) Permits shall be obtained for any connection(s) made between any plumbing installed in industrialized buildings or mobile structures, travel trailers, motor homes and other structures not built on site and not set on a permanent foundation and any on-site sewer.
(B) Exception: travel trailers and motor homes parked on a lot that is part of a facility that is designed for travel trailer and motor home temporary parking. Temporary parking of a travel trailer or motor home is defined as the parking of a travel trailer or motor home on the same site for not more then 90 days.
