§ 156.043 REPORTING AND INSPECTION OF PRIVATE WELLS.
   (A)   Licensed plumbers and property owners shall report private wells used for potable water and for irrigation to the city Public Works and Utilities Department.
   (B)   Licensed plumbers and property owners shall provide verification to the Public Works and Utilities Department of disconnection of private wells when making connection to city water.
