§ 36.194 APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS.
   An application for certificates of appropriateness may be made in the office of the appropriate city administrator on forms provided by that office and shall be subject to the following requirements:
   (A)   The Historic Commission may adopt, as part of its rules, filing requirements which it finds reasonable and necessary to expedite the business of the Commission. These rules may include, but are not limited to filing deadlines and application requirements such as sketches, drawings, photographs, descriptions or other information which the Historic Commission requires to make a decision.
   (B)   A fee of $10 shall be charged for such application to cover the cost of processing the application. Such moneys shall be deposited in the account of the Planning Department.
   (C)   Applications are to be received 2 weeks prior to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Historic Commission.
